We are looking for someone fit for the role of Senior Sales Manager of Workforce Management M/F/D  at our headquarters in Essen or as a Work from Anywhere position

• Active sales of our GFOS.Workforce Management software and steady expansion of the GFOS customer base
• Follow trends and market developments in the workforce sector and accompany customers during the introduction of the software
• Supporting the order process from independent customer care to preparing quotations and order processing 
• Focus on acquiring new customers in the German market 
• Individual, unlimited remuneration models to reflect your accomplishments

• You have completed commercial training or have a degree in business administration/computer science or a comparable degree.
• You have sales experience and good contacts in the workforce market, which you would like to expand.
• You are outgoing, flexible and have a strong organizational talent, coupled with confident negotiating skills.
• Both an independent way of working and team orientation are a matter of course for you.
• You find it easy to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable way.
• You have a perfect command of German and are also fluent in business English.
