This starts with our onboarding, which we tailor to the individual's needs and the requirements of the job. Every new employee is trained professionally and familiarized with the GFOS family from a cultural perspective.
We support talented employees with special development programs lasting several months: Needs-based trainings, coaching or the promotion of informal learning are at the heart of the development of our specialists and managers.
